Association for Rural Social Welfare (ARSOW - Nepal) is a non-government, non-profitable and non-political organization established with the prime aim of innovative development and resource mobilization. Moreover, the organization is committed to create social justice and social transformation for socio-economic development of disadvantaged and marginalized people of the country.

Basically, ARSOW - Nepal was established as a forum for sharing ideas and experiences of different development professionals from various disciplines and to contribute on the sustainable development for the use and benefit of the people. It started working in 1992 but formalized In 1993.
